existing roofing system. We will check the roof condition to determine the
best options for your project. We can give you options to extend the life of
your existing system (if possible). We will also provide you a cost for a
new roof system that will meet your needs based on budget, durability, and
energy savings.
We can provide a maintenance program for you to realize the full
potential of your existing roof. We go around the entire roof and address
all of the penetrations such as vent pipes, cooler units, and flashings.
Thermo Plastic Olefin -TPO
We recommend a TPO membrane for most applications because of its
durability and energy efficient qualities. This product is heat welded at
the seams by a robot welder called a Veremat.

Aspen Roofing has been given the designation of Authorized Roofing
Contractor for GAF-Elk. We have factory certified installers that are
subject to continued education for your peace of mind. We are able to
provide warranty coverage for your facility for up to 20 years. Aspen Roofing can provide a warranty on your commercial flat roof that
dose not exclude ponding water.
